ROBIN RESCHKE

President/Chief Executive Officer

Robin L Reschke is President and Chief Executive Officer at Athenx Inc.  Ms. Reschke joined the Company in May 2016 and provides the requisite leadership to execute the company mission while managing the day to day operations of Athenx, Inc.  For over sixteen years she has had extensive strategic and operational success at the Executive level focused on organic and strategic company growth.  

 

Ms. Reschke is Western Shoshone Native American and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the California State University at San Marcos with emphasis in Leadership.  In addition, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics in Computer Science with a minor in Native American Studies.

ROBERT KILPATRICK

Robert (Bob) Kilpatrick recently joined Athenx, Inc. after a distinguished career culminating in his appointment as President and General Manager of BAE Systems, San Diego Ship Repair.  Mr. Kilpatrick has more than thirty years of experience in an industry that is critical to both America's global security and competitiveness.  Mr. Kilpatrick is recognized and appreciated in the industry for his experience, leadership and authentic talent and skills.  As such, Mr. Kilpatrick oversees Operations at Athenx and is applying our Core Capabilities towards building a new division primarily focused on design, engineering and deployment of electronic security systems aboard vessels along with ship board repair and maintenance services.

WENDY TURNER

Vice President

Wendy Turner has had extensive strategic and operational success at the Executive level in providing customized Public Safety software and customized integrated security, surveillance and incident management software solutions for Local, State, Federal and Quasi government entities for over twenty-five years.  Ms. Turner also provides Subject Matter Expertise consulting for integrated Surveillance Sensor, PSIM and Computer Assisted Dispatch (CAD)/Records Management (RMS) and Mobile Device deployments.  

 

Ms. Turner received a B.S. in Business Administration with a double major in Marketing and Management with elective focus in Sports Medicine from the University of Richmond, E. Claiborne Robbins School of Business in Richmond, VA.

Mr. Araujo has over 35 years experience in program management and technical support of Navy ship repairs.  Prior to joining Athenx, Mr. Araujo was the President of Strategic Development of Waterfront and Maintenance Services at Epsilon Systems.  Mr. Araujo spent a lengthy and successful career in federal government service ultimately retiring as the Repair Director (Deputy Repair Officer) at the Supervisor of Shipbuilding (SUPSHIP), Conversion and Repari, USB, San Diego.  He was responsible for more than four hundred million dollars in annual ship repair contracts with the Local Mater Ship repair (MSR) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) contractors.  He also provided leadership to more than one hundred civilian employees from senior managers to ship surveyors.

One of Mr. Araujo's significant accomplishments was development of a joint weekly senior management meeting with the local Master Ship Repair contractors.  Through that forum, combined with his many years of waterfront experience, Mr. Araujo was able to build strong alliances with the ship repair contractors and forge relationship that led to improved processess and faster resolution of emergicng problems at the shipyards.
